Mine was damaged, so I ordered this replacement part from the company. I am satisfied with it because, after comparing the old part with the new one, I found that the new one is thicker and stronger. The tread is properly aligned, and the sidewall thickness is greater. I expect it to last longer, and overall, it meets my needs well.
Not for #10 meat grinder. It is smaller. If I had this grinder for this product. I have to say it is well constructed. Its sanded and smoothed out. No sharp edges. Its a solid piece.
we have a kitchenaid mixer with a grinder attachment that lost the nut holding the blade in. very hard to find a replacement. saw this and it looks like an exact copy of the one we lost. converted the millimeter measurement and it seemed to be right on. once it arrived, it felt hefty and well made and seemed just like the OEM one. went to screw it on and it immediately fit and after the first quarter turn i knew i had a winner. well, the quarter turn was it...apparently the threads are different and it bound up right after that quarter turn. it fits perfectly at first, so i wonder what this nut is for? it didnt list a particular model or make in the description. i took off one star for that, but the quality is really good and if it fit, it would have been perfect. its a close fit for kitchenaid, but close doesnt work in this case
Unfortunately this doesn’t fit my grinder as I thought it would. The threads are way more coarse. But the quality seems to be good . I can’t put it to the test .
