For a "home" slicer, it works great. The build is decent, and all the parts move smoothly. The blade rotates at a comfortable pace and for home use, the speed is perfectly fine. The cuts / slices are smooth and consistent. The size of the blades is adequate for most meats and breads.
This little slicer is great for home use. I have used it several times. It is easy to clean. The only drawback is it is not able to cut through bone, but I knew this when I ordered it.
As for the real thing cuts no support to cut good enough and slow motor spin it's good but expected faster cut and thin cut ability
Met expectations! Very satisfied
This is a great product, and states that that it will run for 10 minutes continuously. However, if you run it continuously for 2-3 mins, the unit will start smoking and you have to wait 1 minute until you have to continue. Everything else about the ease and functionality about this sliver is amazing!
For the price, a good meat slicer. I sliced 50 pounds of smoked turkey roasts with no problem. Also, very easy to clean.
Have had this for about a year, having purchased for my husband as a birthday present. He loves slicing meat with it and having the ability to make the slices exactly as thick as he wants. We have also found that it is a great way to slice homemade bread.
