Makes an excellent meatloaf!

One meatloaf never seems to be enough for my family. I loved that this set of two came with drip pans. It was my first time cooking with the drip pan inserts, and I must say I'm in love! Both meatloafs cooked evenly through while placed on the same rack. My only complaint is that it doesn't exactly fit 2lbs of meatloaf. I had a lot of grease spill out, taking some of the sauce with it. I used 2 lbs of 93% lean ground beef to make each loaf. Clean up was super easy!
