Good bags!
I use these for doordash orders when I do shopping for customers. I put any cold items in these bags so they stay cold. I traveled 14 miles to deliver an order after shopping for a customer recently and they were very happy to see their cold items in insulated bags. The customer was afraid their ice cream was going to be completely melted since it was 60* with lots of sunshine that day. These bags definitely keep the cold items cold. They are lightweight but they are definitely worth the money. They hold a good amount of weight and I'm good at fitting things in them without them being stuffed. I definitely like the design since they aren't too big or too small. They feel like they are made to last awhile. I would definitely buy these again.

fantastic customer service
I bought these a few months ago and they were working out great. They really do help with keeping warm things warm and cold things cold. I use them for takeout a lot and they definitely make a difference during the winter temps.All was well until the zipper came off one of them. I reached out to the seller and they far surpassed my expectations. They responded really quickly and sent me out a new one.The other one didnt have the zipper ends exposed but I sewed a few stitches over the ends of the zipper to make sure it wasnt a problem over time.overall, very happy and will gladly repurchase when my current ones wear out

One zipper wasnt sewn on.
I recieved these and one the zipper wasnt sewn onto the bag. I threw it away but the other one was in great shape and seems like good quality. Will update when I use the bag.
