Amazing blender and super customer service!
About a year ago, I bought a Mega Wise hand blender. It was a wonderful purchase—a great balance of price and quality. I used it constantly—it had a powerful motor and took just a few minutes to blend ingredients for smoothies, sauces, purees, soups. When the blender stopped working one day, I contacted the manufacturer's customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by their high standard of service. The very next day after my request, I received a new motor. My wonderful blender is working again, and I'm especially grateful to Ian, Megawise brand manager. I really appreciate his time, patience, poduct knowledge! Amazing service!

Great customer service with immediate replacement
They have the customer service number on the product which is so smart. I called when my power sparked and it broke five months after my purchase. They immediately sent a new replacement without having me return the broken one. All I had to do was email a video of it broken and confirm the Amazon order number. Beyond this product being convenient, the customer service was convenient from where the customer service number can be found to their desire to do right. I actually hung up they took a while to answer and they called me back so they really cared. Before the spark on power outlet this product worked really great. Highly recommend

Broke after 10 seconds of use
Do not buy this hand blender. It stopped working the first time I used it. I turned it on and after 10 seconds it turned off. It will not turn back on. I have tried to get a hold of the company and no response. I tried calling them with the number they provided, it just hangs up.Update- the company got a hold of me within an hour of me posting the review. They are sending me a replacement.

Thought it was great. Looks sturdy. 1st time I used it made a perfectly smooth gravy for my swedish meatballs. 2nd time I used it was with the chopper bowl to chop some bell peppers, onions and celery for a Cajun mirapoix, motor died after the 2nd 1 second pulse, NOT good. Not overheated, 24 hours later it still doesn't respond to anything and yes the outlet works.UPDATE: So, made a claim under warranty-incidentally, nice term, most small appliances you're lucky to get a 90 day, so a full year + the promotional extension to 18 months is VERY appreciated-very smooth process, sending me a replacement unit with no need to return the broken one (not that I would have minded). Incidentally, I can't say if it was a product defect or user error (BAD ME!). If the replacement works I will likely update again to say, now I'm happy.Edit 2. Arrived when they said it would. More accessories, can't complain (what am I going to do with 2 milk frothers? I have a cappuccino maker...). It works! Used with chopper bowl (the prior use), made a great fresh salsa. If you're looking for pretty knife cuts... Well you probably shouldn't be using any home chopper, but if you want edible with enough to stick to your chip of choice, you got it. Also great if you need to cook for someone with swallowing issues occasionally, although if everyday you should get a dedicated machine for harder foods. So yeah, I am happy now.Oh. So I bought this to replace my 30 year old Braun because I couldn't get tomato stains out of the plastic, blending attachment too short for my larger pressure cooker and chopper was cracked. Well, the stainless cleans easier and better, works great in my 13 qt pressure cooker, and the chopper bowl is durable and slightly bigger.

This product failed within days of purchase, demonstrating incredibly poor quality and reliability. It is essentially disposable junk, and we are now writing off the $25 we spent on it because it's not worth the hassle of trying to return it.What made the experience even worse was the abysmal customer service. When I contacted them about the defective unit, they were unhelpful, uncooperative, and clearly didn't care about resolving the issue. They made it impossible to get a replacement or refund.Save your money and your frustration. This product is low quality, and the company behind it offers zero support. Amazon, please be wary of allowing sellers to list items of this caliber.Seriously, just look elsewhere.

This hand blender is so handy and easy to use. I had thought of buying a countertop blender but it would take up counter space. This 3 in 1 immersion hand blender is fantastic. I am sorry I didn’t purchase it years ago. I use it for everything from mincing to chopping and even use it for mixing my protein shakes. Great product and customer care
I enjoy using this set I love all the different types of attachments and sleek design. It’s very easy to use, it’s light weight and useful to have a multi purpose item that takes up very little space with great speeds for blend quality and power. Mega wise has a great warranty and customer service any issue and questions are always helped by their customer service team specifically joy who promptly responds with solutions via phone and email. They always work to resolve issues and replace under the 1 year warranty when necessary.
