I brought this item almost 7-8 months ago and motor started to go on me. I reached out to manufacturer and wow !!! I was absolutely blown away with their level of customer service. Not only did they make the process easy to get a replacement with the warranty but how fast they shipped my product. This is a very strong and powerful mixer and didn’t want to search for a new one . I’m a crafter so having a quality product and great service is what I required. I would definitely recommend this product.

Best Blender Ever!!
This is actually a wonderful appliance to use in the kitchen! I highly recommend this item. It is easy to use with anything you plan to cook or drink. The blades are razor sharp and will mince anything plan to cook. The blender has two buttons for different speed variations.

Falls apart with normal use
Update: first, the company emailed me claiming they took my feedback seriously and made a more structurally sound replacement that they would like to send my way. Immediately upon receiving it I became inundated with repeated emails asking me to delete or update my review. I advised I would be waiting to see if this was actually better, as it looked exactly the same. And lo and behold, it fell apart AGAIN in exactly the same way within a month of receipt, in the middle of being used. Still DO NOT recommend.I wasn’t going to update my review as it felt that my review was still honest, but I do want to put out there: please don’t accept a replacement from these people. Despite months passing and continued attempts advising that future communication will be deemed harassment, they keep emailing asking me to delete my review. Even after blocking the first they put another employee on me who I just had to block as well for emailing me at 10pm after advising that he is harassing me. It’s outrageous.The whisk attachment literally fell to pieces while mixing liquid, and the immersion blender attachment is difficult to screw on/off as the metal and plastic pieces that lock onto the main piece are not attached (so they just spin and can’t actually be attached, I’d say this is dangerous when working with hot liquids like soup). It also retains water between the pieces and drains it into whatever you’re making. The milk frother still works but that would be the most expensive bulky milk frother ever.
