I just got these plates and I was not asked to write a review. I like them so much that I am compelled to share my opinion. These white melamine plates look and feel very nice, almost like porcelain plates. I got them for when I need one for a quick snack, quick rinse, etc. They are dishwasher safe, but not to microwave food. Nice plates for a reasonable price.
These are very light weight - great for sandwiches, etc., and the colors are beautiful. They remind me of my fiesta ceramic dishes. They did well in the dishwasher. Great price!
My husband and I have a beautiful set of plates, however, we tended to use paper plates quite a bit for sandwiches and other meals and I noticed the paper plates took a lot of the room in our trash/recyclables, so I purchased two sets of these plates and stopped buying/using paper plates. These plates are great and are dishwasher safe. They are not supposed to be used in the microwave though my husband never seems to remember that and has used them for reheating food. We’ve used them for spaghetti etc and they come out of the dishwasher perfectly clean (no annoying red stains).
Wake up your meals with these bright, exciting, colorful plates!Only downside: do not microwave. That's it!
