Solid Lunch Box for Work or the Road — Compact, Convenient, and Cost-Saving
I’ve been using this Meng Ke'en electric lunch box at work, and so far, it’s been a really convenient way to enjoy hot meals without needing a microwave. It’s a great size for a decent lunch and heats up well using the standard power plug. I didn’t try the car adapter yet since I mainly use it at my job, but it’s nice knowing that’s an option if I ever need it.It comes with two stainless steel containers so you can prep a couple of meals or swap them out for easy cleaning. The fork and spoon are included and stored in the top lid, although that lid doesn’t close super securely—it feels a bit flimsy, kind of like the side locks too. Hopefully, they hold up over time. The insulated bag is a nice bonus. It makes it easy to carry and helps hold the heat in. There’s even a little indicator light to show it’s powered on, which is a helpful touch.Just a heads-up: there's a protective film on the heating plate that you’ll need to peel off before using it. That part was a bit of a pain—it didn’t come off easily—but once that was done, everything else worked smoothly. If your workplace doesn’t have a microwave or you just want to stop spending money on takeout or cold sandwiches, this lunch box could really be a money-saver. So far, I’m impressed!

I like it
Just as you'd expect! I generally work from home so I haven't used it much, but when heading into the office it is really cool that I can heat up my food at my desk.

Heats your food and won't overcook it
For what this is, it's not bad. It does reheat your food slowly and won't overcook it, which is it's main function, but the quality overall is not that great. It works good but looks and represents that of a typical cheap bento box, but with much better features of course. The color combinations are very child like IMO and the lid on top to hold the included silverware barely seems to clasp closed. The instructions are readable but don't explain much well, and I wasn't sure if you needed to use both tin pans that it comes with, or if one is just an extra. In Amazon's description for this item, a picture or video I saw showed someone pouring water into this, so it made me thing that one metal man sits in the other one with water in it (for moisture/steam) - kind of like the pans on a buffet, but now I just think it's an extra pan. None of this is mentioned in the manual, as it is vague. This comes with a carrying case with foil lining to keep heat in and make this more portable, which is nice. Overall this is nice and can be plugged into the car or at the office with the 2 included plugs. I just wish the look was a little better (less child-like), but that's mostly nitpicking.

The Total Package! Works Great!
This Electric Lunch Box is great! I have another electric lunch box that I bought about six years ago, which was really good at that time. This lunch box is even better than my first one! The 1.8l trays are ample and can hold a really decent amount of food. Providing two trays with the lunch box is excellent for those who work longer shifts and need to take enough food for two meals, such as breakfast and lunch, or lunch and dinner. The trays are nice and sturdy and made of stainless steel. The heating unit heats up quickly and will definitely warm your cold food all the way through! The insulated carrying bag is a fantastic add, something my first electric lunch box did not have. The cutlery and the two types of power cords...one for an automobile and one for a household outlet...and a plastic case to store the cords in, are great additions! And then, you have a place to set your cellphone for lunchtime movies or whatever. The outer case is attractive and well made. This is well worth the asking price!

Heats nicely great for lunches
Nice size for lunches. Heats up nicely with the regular power cord. I didn't try the car cord because I wasn't planning on using it that way. There is an indicator light so you know it's on. Comes with a fork and spoon and 2 metal insert trays so you can switch them out. The insulated carrying bag is nice too. The locking mechanisms seem a little cheap and flimsy so we'll see how long they last but so far so good. Great item for a workplace without a microwave. Will definitely save me money from eating lunch out or having to just take a cold sandwich. Note that there is a film that needs to be removed from the heating plate and it was kind of tedious to get it off, but that's my only complaint so far.

Electric lunch box
It’s a perfect size of your meal prepping. Sections are deeply. Comes with a little fork and spoon and a lunch bag as well. The sections are large enough for generous portions. The top cover fits well and is super airtight. The box is excellent quality with super strong well-made and durable heavy top-quality plastic. This is absolutely perfect I must say I am super impressed.

Food Sticks but Works Great
This works great to heat up food especially where you don't have a microwave, it also comes with 2 trays and utensils. The trays however are stainless which means paired with the slower heating up speed means that food sticks to the tray quite well; I've had to soak both trays before being able to clean them.
