The Mercer M40000 Garnishing Tool Kit I purchased was for my son who is a student at Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, TX. When they arrived he was very pleased and his roommates were jealous. I bought this as a gift for my dad. We both work in an industrial kitchen. We both also know that people eat with presentation, smell and taste.
