Knives are SO expensive! And being made to shove them into odd places in the pro kitchen while you work is gutting. This hard cover case, while much larger than I thought (think musical instrument case), is a relief when knives have to get tucked away under tabletops. With all the choices out there, I would pick this one again and again.
This is a great knife case at a great price. It fits all of the knives I want to carry with me, plus a couple spatulas and a peeler. It is fabric but the outside is easy to wipe off if you spill something on it. The adjustable shoulder strap is also handy depending on how you want to carry it.
Purchased for my husband, a butcher. He loves it. Very sturdy. Large enough for everything he needs. Knives are not able to cut through the fabric if they are not sheathed.

I just graduated culinary school back in august and the knife bag i had was way to heavy. This case is awesome i am able to hold all my knives, thermometer, measuring spoons, etc. and still close the bag properly. The weight of the bag is awesome. I love this case.

Nice case and professional. Lots of room as long as you don't have any knifes, steels over 10 inches, they just don't fit as cemitar, slicer also cleavers have issue. Need to still buy another case for other various essential
