This is the quintessential service industry blade.It's the perfect size, it's hella sharp, and it'll cut your lime wedges with ease.Stop using that terrible knife and spend a few bucks to make your life easier.

Mercer knives are made in Taiwan, which is known for making quality knives. I normally use Victorinox for common daily use knives, and Wusthof for heavy kitchen work, but I am also a Mercer fan as well. I have several of their food prep knives, so I thought I’d try out their smaller knives and am not disappointed. These are as good as the Victorinox as far as I’m concerned and they hold up well over time. If you’re on a budget but still want good quality…Buy with confidence.
Great value, it is sharp and feels very good in my hand
I've owned several Mercer knives. They all work well and are good values. This serrated paring knife was no exception. I got it this morning and used it to cut grape tomatoes for a salad tonight. It easily sliced right through them.I have regular paring knives, but for some purposes these serrated knives work better.Edit: The serrations are very rough on my cutting board. I knocked it down from five to four stars for that reason.
It's the best type of paring knife, but be careful.
