i bought it based on the ,,reviews" of other customers. it arrived today and i really do not understand how you can rate this 5 stars. first the leaves (i used parsley and coriander) get stuck between the two blades -watch my video- and then 10 min later one of the blades broke.ill return to one blade knife for sure

Nice basic cutting tool for the price

This is a nice cutting tool. It rocks back and forth to mince up vegetables, nuts and herbs mostly.It looks really nice and would make a great gift. It appears solidly made.I’m giving it 5 stars especially because of the price (great value). A few things that would make it better:- come sharper. It works ok. But I like sharp blades. I had to sharpen the blade a little to get it ready to use- the cutting board wood could be heavier and more solid. It looks good, but I like a little bit of weight on the board so that it doesn’t move around when usingAgain, I definitely recommend this because it is nice for the price.

I've wanted one if these for a long time and it was worth the wait. The wood is beautiful, and fairly lightweight so easy to maneuver. The knife is fun to use and effective, I like it more than chopping. It seems well made and durable so I'm giving it 5 stars. Comes nicely boxed too, so would make a nice gift.
