Wonderful - lightweight, non-stick cookware!
I’ve used this set now on 3 or 4 occasions and I’m loving it. I’m used to Calphalon or other “higher end” cookware. This Michelangelo set is easily as good and has a couple of nice features that sets from other manufacturers don’t. This cookware has self-venting lids (allows steam out so no boilover) and they are self draining when the lid is in place (has perforations on the side to let the water out. As for non-stick, so far so good. Great performance in this area. Clean-up is so easy. And the pans are lighter weight, so easier to deal with wheel you are cooking, straining, etc. I’m loving these pans! Give them a try.

Two Spout 3 Quart Sauce Pan
I have a fewof the Micahel Angelo sauce pans and needed a 3 quart size that allowed me to pour hot liquid from pot to mixer. I've used once and it works well for my custard makeing needs. The pot is durable with the granite surface, the lid fits well and the value for the money meets my expectation. It looks good with the other Michael Angelo products I have. Super eacy to clean.

Nonstick, Nonscratch, Easy clean. The perfect pot
I Don't normally do reviews but this product is 100% worth it.I bought it twice had them for a long time never warped, or scratched even when using metal tools. Food never gets stuck onto it, and super easy to clean.Only downside is in dishwasher handle retains water. Perfect in every other way.

great quality and well engineered
This may be the favorite pot or pan that I have purchased in my lifetime, and I am no spring chicken. The engineering of the lid is great. One can pour from either side of the pot, and with either small hole or large hole drainage. One can also align the holes on the lid while cooking for steam to escape, if that is what you want. Adjust the alignment for less or more steam. If you want to keep steam in, then you can do that at as well by not aligning the holes while cooking. Also the material is fantastic, very high quality that should last a lifetime. It heats quickly and evenly. I boil water at a lower setting than usual! It is non-stick and easy to clean. The handle is well constructed and firmly attached. My boyfriend used to think all pots and pans were essentially the same until he saw this one. Now he uses it all the time, too.
