I received this product for Christmas, and it’s my new favorite pan. My 10” skillet is my most used pan, and I use it to cook a variety of things. What really stands out is the non stick surface. It’s really amazing for cooking eggs. They slide right out of the pan! This pan is perfect for making omelets! It cleans super easy as well. Bonus points for being light weight. 10/10 would recommend!
The 25 year old set of Al-Cad premium cookware finally became too much of a hassle to clean after something simple, like scrambling eggs with hamburger. After a lot of reading and studying a bunch of alternatives, and reviews, I settled on this Michelangelo 10 inch frying pan. First experience: I added just a little butter, and set for 275 on my Nuwave induction cooktop, and added meat and eggs when the butter melted. As I stirred and flipped over numerous times, I could not believe the difference! Absolutely zero sticking! When it finished, everything slid out, with nothing sticking to the bottom. I added a little squirt of dishwasher soap, rinsed with faucet sprayer, and it came out perfectly clean, patted dry with dish towel, and now it sits proudly atop the cooktop ready for next use. PERFECT BEGINNING. We are still in the honeymoon stage, but after using it about 5 times, each is a repeat of the first time. I could not ask for more. Just a few comments: it's a beautiful pan, the finish on the entire pan is perfect, no rough spots, etc. The lid fits very well, and appears to be very sturdy. The pan is light and easy to handle, and the handle stays completely cool. The only negative so far is the small hole in the lid is too small to insert a temperature probe. Maybe just meant as a vent? Some reviewers talking about rapid degradation, so I am being very careful, immediate hand washing clean up, and using a good soft spatula. Definitely will not see the inside of my home torture chamber, called a dishwasher. I like so much I ordered the smaller 8" unit for frying one or two eggs, and a 2nd 10" pan, just in case there is no stock in a few years (I hope) when it needs to be replaced.
It took a long time to arrive. The pan is light weight, cleans up well and is very non stick. I thought it was made in Germany, but the box it come in says made in China. Disappointed with that, but overall the pan is great. I have a stock pot by Michelanego also, I really like them both.
Perfect frying pan - really like the glass lid. Cleans perfectly in the dishwasher.

Loved at first, but after a month the pot was higher in the middle with a dark circle on the inside surface where the element on the bottom of the pot is situated. And it's getting discolored. Never put anything in a cold pan. Never used anything abrasive. I'm still using it, but looking for something better.
Am loving this pan so far! Found it to be totally non stick and the top fits well for slower cooking or steaming. Plus, it was a breeze to clean. Have only used it a few time but am happy with it's performance.
