The greatest frying pan I have ever owned in 40 years of cooking. Distributes heat evenly, has a very nice no stick coating, grab the pan by the handle when you have something in it and it just slides around. Its easy to clean, after you wash it with a soft sponge and rinse it under hot water there are just a few tiny drops left in the pan that you can dry with a soft towel or a paper towel.I've been using it to cook fish, which has always been a frustration because it would stick. With this thing I put about 2 teaspoons of olive oil in it, turn on the heat full blast for about 45 seconds, then lower it to 1/4 on a gas stove put the filet on it and cook it 5 minutes on one side, flip, add fresh garlic, parsley, some lemon juice and spices to taste, like lemon pepper flakes and cook it another 5 minutes and its just perfect.Follow the instructions and cool it before washing and don't over heat it, you'll have a nice pan for a long, long time.The one thing I am not too sure about is the glass cover, seems ok, probably tempered glass, but when I take it off and place it on the counter it immediately detects the temperature change and it will go: "crick... crick... crick..." So I would not subject it to abrupt changes in temperature.I bought the 10 inch one and I like it so much that I'm buying the 8 inch one for eggs ans such.

Best Frying Pan So Far
I'm in my early 70s and have bought so many frying pans over the years, and so far this has been the best for none stick and ease of cleaning. I could mention famous brand others, but I had better not, they've long gone.With the lid (empty) it weighs 4lb.2oz. Without the lid it weighs 2lbs.2oz. It has a nice comfy handle. I NEVER put it in the dish washer, I wipe it out with kitchen roll or give it a gentle wash in warm water.Whatever ingredients are in the pan slides straight onto the plate and fantastic for stir fry's with less oil that I had to use before.. I recommend this product.

Great quality pan!
I bought this pan for my eggs in the morning, and it is absolutely fantastic! I just throw some butter in and nothing sticks, it's easy to clean, and I love the color. It feels like a very high quality pan, and I am looking forward to continuing to use it. I will most likely look into other pans this brand has to offer because I really love the quality. I like how the handle bolts on and doesn't just push in like allot of the ones I've seen when shopping for this one, and it has a really sturdy and durable construction. The lid fits perfectly, I like how there's a little teal on the lid too so I know that it fits with this pan and doesn't get lost within my other pan lids.

I bought this for use in our family restaurant. I bought it and didn't realize the bottom was colored and not plain metal. I assume this is for use on electric ovens and not gas? I don't know if I did bad, but it works great. My wife was buying T-Fal and I got tired of them. This is way better handle and quality. The potstickers do not stick and it cooks evenly. I can swirl them around when almost done, and its easy to do and control.I bought another pan from another company to try it too. The potstickers will initially stick to it, but not this one. I like the grip and handle on this and seema very sturdy as far as attachment. The T-fal would start to wiggle a little. Not this one.I only wish the bottom was not painted. I dont know if this should only be used on electric ovens. I didn't see anything about that, and when I ordered I didn't realize this might be an issue. So far it hasn't like cracked or anything. Im very careful with it and only use it on low and medium, never High. That was another problem with the other pans, is I think they were getting to hot and the potstickers would start to stick. This one cooks fast even on medium heat and works great. I'm very happy with it.Oh and the lid fits on it well to. So if you pick it up and gently swirl it, the lid fits nice and wont just slide right off.

Quality frying pan
This frying pan definitely fulfills all the requirements I was looking for in a frying pan. The size is well suited to most of my frying needs, not too heavy or shallow. The "non-stick" feature was the number one reason I purchased this item. My previous main frying pan had lived a long life and was scratched up and everything was sticking.This pan is absolutely non-stick! While it is still "new", I've used it about 6 times at the time of this writing. It has surpassed my expectations at how easy it is to clean and how nothing sticks. I use a silicone spatula when cooking in this pan.The care instructions do state that the pan is dishwasher safe, but I personally do not put pots and pans in the dishwasher. Lids, yes, but not the pans themselves. Non-stick pans are so quick and easy to clean, I prefer to just use a non-scratch scrubber with dish soap and hot water in the sink.The lid fits perfectly and has a handle that is easy to grasp and does not get so hot that you need a mitt to pick it up with. The lid is glass so you can see what you are cooking without lifting it up and is fully dishwasher safe.The "soft grip handle" of the pan itself is a very comfortable size and easy to grip while maneuvering a full pan of food on a hot stove. The pan handle does not heat up, nor is it slippery.The pan was packed well and arrived in perfect condition on the exact date indicated when I ordered it.I would certainly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a quality non-stick frying pan at a reasonable price.
