These are really nice pots & lids - they seem to be good quality weight with the steam relief built into the lids - great for heating up vegetables or soup - anything stove- top - they wash up nice - good value!
I wanted a pan with a handle that is wide enough to grip, and the thick bottom, and that is attractive as well as functional. It is a very nice pan, a nice weight of the construction, and is the size pan that I use quite often, so it is perfect for my purposes. I am very happy with this purchase and I would definitely purchase another Michelangelo pan. I received the pan quickly, as advertised, and I would work with this seller again.
Excellent see stainless steel saucepans. Size is perfect, design is good, it acts like any normal stainless steel pot. It Heats evenly and can be used for a number of things. This is the pot for you if you accidentally burn spaghetti sauce into your wife's other pot and all the king of men all the kings horses and a fair number of people from Chicago cannot get it out.
I pretty much like everything about it I'm really glad though I got the full multi-layer walls instead of just having the bottoms I think it's important that someone spends the extra money and gets the full triple play both bottom and side walls but I like it it feels good it has a nice weight it's not too heavy the handle does heat up some so you have to be a little bit cautious but overall I think it's great especially with the beautiful Lids that come with it
We purchased this set to go in our camper. We have an Induction cook plate and these plants work great on it.The handle is made from shaped sheet metal so feels a little flimsy, however it is well done and quite ergonomic. It doesn't look like the bottom of the handle is welded so there's a chance you could step on or drop the pot on its handle and it would deform.The clear glass cover has a vent hole which should help a little with boiling over.The bottoms of the pan feel like the thickest part but aren't too heavy. There's enough material there and evidently a layer of magnetic material so that it will work on all these cooked surfaces listed in the ad. It remains to be seen how well it will hold up if it's overheated or heated empty. I'll update my review if any damage comes.Since the entire pad is made of stainless. You could even use it over a cook fire, maybe without the glass lid. Doing so would of course cause it to have soot build up and get quiet dirty on the outside.
I bought these when I gave my son my other pots. I was going to buy Hexclad saucepans, but my Hexclad frying pans were not what they were advertised to be. I decided to go back to stainless steel, and I couldn't be happier. These clean so nicely in the dishwasher, and after months of using the saucepans, they still look brand new. Nothing sticks to them, and I've cooked everything from mashed potatoes to soups to sauces, etc. Worth every dime!!! The handles do get a bit hot, but my oveglove works great for that. Certainly not a deal breaker for these amazing saucepans.
Perfect size for 1 person, just what I was looking for. I wanted a steamer pot that is stainless steel as it doesn’t have any toxins. Heats well, steams great! Nice quality, great weight to it. *coffee cup for size
