These are very nicely made and as a kitchen starter set these could last you for a lifetime or more. The bottoms of these pots are tri-ply, having an internal aluminum disk to spread the heat inside a stainless steel top, side, and bottom casing, and each of the glass tops have a small vent hole. These are serious kitchen necessities.The small pot, well, I enjoy having organic, steel-cut oats for breakfast. Bring two cups of water to a boil, then stir in 1/2 cup of oats, then immediately turn the heat down to a medium low simmering temperature, stirring occasionally, for maybe 25 or 30 minutes or so, depending on how you like it. During those last few minutes of cooking, raisins, sliced up pieces of apple or other fruits, a heaping spoonful of dry, non-fat powdered milk, and extra virgin olive oil, EVOO, could be stirred in. Never mind what the cookbook experts have to say about how much EVOO to use. Just open the bottle and pour. EVOO is a very healthy FRUIT oil, yes, olives are fruit. In time you will know how much oil to pour. This same thing could be done in the larger pot for two or three people.

I bought the 3 qt. stainless steel pan and already have the two smaller sizes. These are the best pans I have ever used. I think the key is the strong flat bottom surface which heats evenly and is very stable. They look great, feel good in your hand, and the cleanup after cooking is easy. Highly recommend.

Great Pot!
Great pot! I would have given 5 stars except the steamer basket is really shallow and will not hold much. I steam all my veggies, including potatoes for mashed potatoes so I need a deep basket. Luckily my steamer basket from an old pot fits perfectly.

I love these pots! I had all clad non stick, but when I moved out of where I was I got an electric stove. And the bottoms were eating off the Al clad. And the on the inside was coming off so I hunted and found these. I love these pans stack nicely, and they are easy to clean and if you need a little comet you can use it on them. They work on my electric stove without the bottoms biting off. They also heat evenly. I went and got a frying pan of the same brand. Making the switch to these! I’m very boogie in the kitchen I don’t like junk. If your like me, you’ll like these.
