Non-stick surface without a coating that wears off into your food and is also able to handle metal cooking utensils. Even heat, easy to clean, nice weight, looks beautiful, large capacity, definitely worth the extra money. Although this is a cooking pot, I like it so much I also use it as a frying pan.
I’m very happy with this Michelangelo tri-ply stainless steel stock pot. It’s thick, solid, and well made. The tri-ply construction heats evenly and feels sturdy without being awkward to use.It also cleans up really well, which I appreciate. Nothing seems to stick too badly and it still looks good after washing. Overall it’s a well-built, reliable pot that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I’d buy it again.
OMG I can't say enough about this pot. It is perfect for big chili or soups . It washes out as easy as just wiping with damp cloth nothing sticks it the best pot I ever had . I love the size no more filling to the top I have extra room . Just love it .
Well built and durable. Easy to clean, used to make a large pot of soup. Heated uniformly allowing the entire pot of soup to cook evenly. Great purchase.

Since I bought the michelangelo stock pot, I've also bought the egg pan and 3 quart pot. It takes a few tries to master the non-stick. I'd advise lowering the heat from where you're used to cooking an item to maybe 2/3rds of that. Once you get used to this cookware - you'll find it truly is the best, most non stick and cleanest cookware you can find. As I can afford, I'll replace all my cookware with michelangelo.
This 6-Quart nonstick cooking pot with a glass lid is a high quality utensil. It cooks evenly and was a breeze to clean. It is a beautiful pot that will not disappoint if you're in the market for something that will work on the stove top and also in the oven (up to a certain degree). I have a gas stove top and the heat distribution was even throughout the cook. In short, this cooking pot functions precisely as I expected it to when I purchased it.
