Currently the Nicest Things in My Kitchen
It would be quite hyperbolic to say these are "heirloom-quality", but they are extremely nice and well-constructed, and I feel that with proper care, these could definitely last for, possibly, decades. They are solid, with a 3-ply, fully-clad construction, and all of the handles are properly riveted rather than welded. When I use any of these items, I feel like I am using something that really was *built*, not just assembled.Visually, they are beautiful. As far as I'm aware, the hammered look is strictly aesthetic with no practical value, but it's a *good* aesthetic. And I wasn't sure I'd like the gold handles, as I'm not personally a fan of gold, but it works to give it a bit of contrast. If anything, the only issue is that they almost seem too nice to cook with.As far as cooking goes, you have to take into account all of the normal things you would for stainless steel to prevent sticking. But cooking is a dream! Because of the full cladding, the heat distribution I get on my induction stove is great, and so all of my food is so well-cooked.These are an investment, to be sure, but if you can take that jump, these is a pot and pan set that will serve you well.

beyond stunning
I'm in love with this set. I have been looking for a heavy bottom set for a while, and these did not disappoint. They are sturdy, heavy and very well made. This is the type of set that, if you take care with it, you can pass down to your kid in 20-30 years.Heat distribution on the skillets was awsome, and everything cooks evenly. The pots heat up fast, and I have yet to have food burned, even the few times I forgot soup mash potatoes on. No matter how hot the pots are, the handles remain nice and cool. The lids handle also remains cool, although the glass will be hot, so I highly suggest to have a lid holder for it to rest on.Did food stick? yes and no. It did not stick when I used them, but eggs stuck badly when my husband cooked. My guess is he did not let them heat up long enough to activate the non stick feature of this type of cookware.Clean up was super easy. I purposely left the large skillet dirty for 24h (after cooking chicken in it) and soapy warm water took care of it within seconds. One thing to remember through, is that if you have hard water, you will likely notice water stains in the metal. But its nothing that a quick diluted vinegar pass won't fix.

great set
This set is wonderful. I love how lids are included. Everything came assembled. Label does say that this set is dishwasher safe, however, I wouldn't really recommend it. Heat distribution on these is amazing. Doesn't matter which pot or pan you use, the heat is even and well controlled. Love the design. The functionality is out of this world Super easy set to clean, even if you let stuff sit. Really happy with this set

Michelangelo himself would have had these in his kitchen
These are beautiful pots and pans with a hammered finish, made of 3 plies of metal consisting of 430 stainless steel on the outside, which is best for aesthetic appeal and malleability, an aluminum middle ply for rapid and even heat distribution, and a 304 stainless steel inner ply for corrosion resistance due to its high nickel content (which makes it much more expensive than 430 stainless steel). Grade 304 stainless steel is considered to be food-grade. If you look at the lips of the pots, you can see the three plies. They are already assembled; the handles are riveted to the pans. The pots and pans heat very well. That's the aluminum middle ply doing its thing. These are dishwasher safe. We've washed the pans with lids in a dishwasher with no problems. They came out absolutely clean. These will last a lifetime, and can be passed on to your children. They'll probably still look good by then, too. The initial price may be high, but you'll never need to buy another set again.

Cleans well, cooks well
These are so beautiful, I'm enjoying not having a place to easily put them in my kitchen. The gold detail on the stainless steel is really striking.I've now cooked with several items including 2 of the pots and 1 of the sauce pans. Here's my results:- heat well, and distribute heat well on gas burners.- generally not hot handles - both on the lids and the pan/pot handles I don't burn my hands when I handle the items even w. boiling water, or simmering sauces.- cleans well - one pan needed some re-heating with soapy water to get some of the stuck on residue off, but that worked great. No scrubbing needed on first uses.- good collection of sizes - pretty much every size I could want, and some of the sauce pans are good and deep

Better than expected!
This set is gorgeous. It arrived early and was very well packaged, everything was in perfect condition. I washed everything and we've used one or more pieces every night. Although the description says dishwasher safe, the included information does not recommend the handles be washed in the dishwasher. Since they are not really removable, we hand wash.We did some research and found that preheating the pans is recommended so we've been doing that and have had nothing stick and clean-up is really easy.I've had pots and pans over the years, several sets. I've had some I loved, until they started to peel or flake. These have no coating to peel so I'm convinced I've found my forever set of cookware. My husband loves them as much as I do so that's a plus. They are a bit pricey but if you never have to buy another set, they're totally worth it.

Heavy duty stainless pans
These are definitely heavy duty and nice pans that you can feel. The base has a thickness you can feel and it great when cooking on gas that holds the heat. The largest pan is huge! Def plenty of room if you are cooking a large meal. The sides on all of the pans go straight up which is great for stirring and having sauces, but this is not great for flipping items in the pan with just a wrist flip. Also. Little harder to access if you are doing pancakes or if you like to slide out an omelette straight out of the pan. From a looks perspective they look really nice and they do not look cheap if you have an open kitchen.
