Great product!
This is a fantastic splatter cover! The quality is surprisingly good, it's so spacious, and it is so easy to clean. The silicon walls are thick, the glass is thick and strong, and the whole thing helps retain heat in addition to keeping the splatters under control.

Use on the daily multiple times a day!
The vented glass design allows steam to escape, preventing messy splatters while heating food evenly. The collapsible silicone feature is a brilliant touch—it saves space and makes storage super easy. The quality is excellent, and it’s sturdy enough for daily use. I’ve been using it every day, and it’s a total game-changer for keeping my microwave clean. Plus, it’s easy to wash and looks sleek. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to simplify their kitchen routine!

Good product just to be for my microwave
The product was too big for my microwave so therefore I could not use it, but I did cut off the size but then that made it uneven and so it didn’t work then so the product was not a good product for me, but it is made well and in the future, I just know to look for something that will fit my little small microwave

Fixed a long-term problem, great design!
I make oatmeal with raisins regularly in the microwave. One of the problems I had for years was oatmeal spattering as it cooked, so I started placing an appropriate-sized plate over the top. That worked great for the spattering, but it caused another issue: overboiling. This would leave a mess on the side of the bowl and, of course, the microwave turntable glass plate, which I would have to take out and clean once or twice a week. While that kept the turntable plate clean, it was pretty annoying. I then started taking another plate and putting it underneath the bowl - so a bowl, two plates, and I still had overboiling issues - plus three times the dishes! After years of being annoyed at this, I decided to do a little digging, and figure out why this was happening. Turns out, you have to vent when you cook, or you have steam build-up and that pressure eventually causes overboiling and messes.Surely I can't be the only person with this issue?Luckily, after looking on Amazon, I found this well-rated and reviewed product. Mine came with the silicone anti-scalding handle, and the screw that attaches the handle to the glass top felt almost ceramic? Not sure if that's 100% ceramic or just a coating, but it does a really good job of securing the handle to the top. Plus, it comes with a unique square installation tool which allows the ceramic screw to be lower profile than it would otherwise.I love the fact that there isn't any plastic in this: silicone and glass, plus whatever that screw is made of. I really don't like microwaving plastic, so this cover made me feel good about long-term durability and use.Best of all, it actually works! For my situation, you'll notice that the glass sits right on top of the rim of the bowl, so you have a fairly tight seal - just like I had with the plate covering I used before - but this time, the plate doesn't fall off, and there's a vent engineered not only in the sides of the silicone sides, but also in the glass top itself! The top vent is the perfect size for letting off steam, which you need during a cooking process like this. I love the glass top, too, because it allows me to see how the oatmeal is doing during the cooking process - something I could never do with my plate covering without scalding my hands. This is one of those "must have" kitchen items if you use the microwave for cooking or reheating anything! Just make sure you get the correct size for your microwave's glass plate. If you get one that's too small, your plates and bowls might not fit. If you get one that's too big, it might not fit on the microwave's glass turntable plate, causing it to not turn properly. So, simply measure."But what about plates?" you might ask. Well, we reheat all sorts of spattery things on our full-size Fiesta plates, too, and this does an even better job. Fits perfectly around the plates, creating a safe cooking enclosure, keeping the spatter inside, while also allowing for proper ventilation of steam. In the picture with the orange bowl that I showed you, you'll notice that I had it almost fully extended but not quite. I realized this after looking at the pictures here on Amazon: it has one more notch that turns it into a perfect dome! This causes the glass to fully clear my Fiesta bowl, which is exactly what I wanted. See the second picture with the (empty) red bowl. I'm sure that with extra side ventilation in play, it'll cook even better.Lastly, remember that spatter? Yeah, silicone and glass are super easy to clean! Just a little bit of hot water and a little soap made it look like brand new again.Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase and only wish I had purchased it sooner.

Better than the others ive used
ive used the junky all plastic ones before, the ones that feel like tupperware and end up warped. ive bought one of the ones with the "steam" portion that allows for water to be added to steam your food better but the handle broke extremely easy on that one.this one so far is extremely sturdy, nothing too flashy or fancy to compromise what its supposed to do. it being collapsable is an added bonus for storage. highly recommended item
