Nice steamer for corn

This works great for steaming corn, hold 3 ears and is relatively easy to manage getting in and out of the microwave. There are tabs on the sides but they are part of the middle grid; to pick up the whole steamer, you need to be careful to use the recesses on the lower water tray. Once you get the feel for it, it is manageable. Also, be sure to place it on a large trivet or other flat surface when it is hot keep it stable.

Handy microwave steamer works great

This is a very handy kitchen item. I use it a lot to steam broccoli or corn on the cob. I like the height of the lid being high enough to put corn cobs in and you still have space above for the steam to surround it. Easily holds four corn cobs. Lightweight and easy to clean.
