Fits well, but does not spin.

I do not know if the item received is defective, but it does not spin in the frothing cup. It just makes a loud noise until the frothing function stops itself. It is a tight fit and I tried to twist it as it sat on the post in the frothing cup and it would not spin whereas the the whisk that came with the Luxe stock spins freely without resistance.
