I bought this brand of hand-held julienne slicer. I was so impressed with the julienne slicer from Milk Street that I purchased the vegetable peeler. Both are high quality products, have extremely sharp blades (they come with a blade guard for storage) and the blades can be replaced if needed. The blade is so sharp it's like slicing through butter. I have tried many other types of peelers in my life, and I don't think there is anything that compares to this. The shape of the handle fits comfortably in your hand. It's effortless to use, which is a blessing for arthritic hands.
