Suitable for it's size and style. Used as a symbol for a ladies day event gift bag to demonstrate the Christian trait of spoken words to be always "seasoned with salt," in other words gracefully, carefully and mindfully uttered. 25 bubble wrapped together in a single package may have compromised the sturdiness. Can each shaker be wrapped individually?
I read several bad reviews saying many of these shakers were broken when receiving them. I guess the company must have heard that because mine were wrapped in 4 bubble wrap packages with 25 pieces per package in a padded box. Problems were one lid with no threads and two broken shakers. I replaced the lid from a broken shaker for the one with no threads. so I had 98 of 100 working shakers. I'm happy with that. This was a great deal.
One may ask why do you need so many salt and pepper shakers. The answer is, these are perfect for weddings, events, room service at my business. I buy at least 4 -5 sets of these per year. They are small enough that sometimes they get thrown away. People also think they are cute so they take them home.
Cute little salt and pepper shakers. Have read reviews on this about poor packaging. 4 were sent broken. Would like those replaced
I don’t really understand the negative reviews. They seem great so far! The box was lined with bubble wrap on the inside and each shaker fit taut in its section. When I first got the package I could hear glass, but I think it was just the lids moving around. I have not checked each one yet but I pulled several out and none were broken. Happy with them so far! Will try them out soon for our wedding.
These salt and pepper shakers were a great buy for our wedding. We were quoted $4 a set from our catering service. It was a better deal to buy them in bulk and have the catering service put them out for us.
I just wanted to say that not one shaker was broken or warped- it was packed beautifully in individual cubbies. I am using this by stuffing half a cotton ball and adding a few drops of peppermint oil so I can place these in cupboards and drawers as a natural bug repellant. This keeps oils from spilling and makes recharging the cotton easy.
