A Whimsical, Fun Product.
This was ordered as a delightful, fun gift for whom? For myself. It is very suitable as a personal Fondue Set to make a delicious dessert or snack for one-Me. Certainly two, three, or four persons can also share and enjoy it. The gold color cup is attention grabbing, and the design and "facial expression" is a bit of whimsey. Simplicity describes the using of this fondue server. Just put in choice of dipping product, whether savory, salty, or sweet and light a votive candle and slip it into the designated area. Heat and eat. Cleanup is quick and easy.

It's definitely mini
It is cute but very small. I know the total measurements were small but I guess I expected the bowl of it to be deeper. It's not.Its big enough to hold an uncracked egg, but enough cheesy fondue? No, not even for one person, unless you aren't a cheese fan and only eat tiny amounts.Additionally, you absolutely cannot make proper fondue in this. There is not enough room to whisk cheese and wine together, even if it came with a tiny whisk. At best, you could make the fondue in an actual pot and then pour some into this and basically keep it warm while you eat it. Or you could drop cheese into the bowl and wait for the heat from the candle to slowly melt it, but you'll just be eating melted cheese, not fondue. It could work for chocolate though. Even though the bowl is small, it would probably hold enough melted chocolate to make several people happy.The comically tiny utensils that came with it seemed pointless until I realized they'd be useful if you're eating fondue from this with another person; you will need that tiny fork to fight off the other person.It is ceramic and glazed well, which means it doesn't stain and is easy to clean. It's also simple to use: put something into the bowl, stick a candle inside the base, light the candle, and wait until it's warm and melted.It was kind of fun for the kids but ultimately not really practical if you're intention is for fondue to be a meal for several people rather than a small snack for one.

Packaged with care and perfect set for cheese/chocolate fondue snack size servings
Are you the only one in your household that loves cheese? If yes, this fondue set is "gouda" for you.🧀 Just a little excited because I found an online recipe that uses gouda cheese and it was deliciously paired with apple slices, baby carrots and crackers. The amount the mug holds was just right to satisfy the cheese hankerings. Next time, I'll have to use bread for dipping!This mug can keep the content warm enough to enjoy the meal using a tealight candle. It won't get hot like using a pan on a stove, but that's expected. You'll have to make sure to stir the contents around occasionally to keep the bottom from scorching. I had a lot of fun eating out of this sassy "Lumière" looking character from 'Beauty and The Beast.' The mug "arms" were not hot to the touch and I was able to move lift it up and put a silicone coaster under to keep the mug from sliding around.It would be great as a gift and reasonably priced under $20 (as of the time I viewed the listing). It comes with a small dessert spoon and fork with spaces on the mug to hold them. I have not ran it through the dishwasher yet, however the product description says it's safe to do so and that is another plus. Finally, I want to mention the thick foam casing was excellent and protected the mug during shipping, which is another detail that earns my 5-star rating.

Interesting But Small Item
I was amused and intrigued by this mini fondue set. The item looks pretty much like advertised, a funny ceramic shape with a little alcove for a candle and gold mini fork and spoon. The main thing to note is it is small, and especially the trough at the top is small. I was only able to get enough chocolate in it to dip a smaller strawberry at a time and the fruit wasn't totally coated either. I would say its limited in function as a fondue cup. That being said, it is an interesting piece regardless and I will probably use it, sans the fork and spoon, as a tealight fragrance oil warmer instead.
