This little pan is the perfect size for many things! I can heat an 8 oz can of tomato sauce, melt butter, heat a small amount of beans. I don't like doing this in the microwave because it makes a mess. This is so much easier.This little pan is very sturdy and well made.
Although the pan itself is great the handle leaves me shaking my head. When I first washed the pan the wood stain on the handle turned the both water and the dishcloth brown. Now after two washings the handle is getting a rough feel to it. The manufacturer needs to upgrade the wooden handle and stain in order for this pan to be a 5 star product.

We purchased it for melting butter on an induction burner. The butter is then poured on popcorn...Works wonderfully...
