Heavy, woven 100% cotton napkins are sturdy and strong, great for informal meals.

I ordered these Burgundy Wine Cloth Napkins Set of 12, 16x16 Inch, 100% Cotton, Diamond Design to use for family dinners; the set of a dozen gives us enough to put some in our picnic basket, too.These 100% cotton napkins measure 16” square, and the fabric is heavyweight, textured, and sturdy. You can feel the diamond woven pattern between your fingers. I wanted some sort of patterned design because my husband and teenage son are a bit rough on fabric napkins; this nested diamond design is great for hiding those ghosts of stains gone by that never disappear completely. (I have a whole laundry arsenal of stain fighters, but there are some food stains that will always leave a super faint memory.) The burgundy diamond design is great for family meals; these napkins also come in a wide range of other colors.These heavyweight woven napkins are ideal for daily use; the cotton is absorbent and I like the deep burgundy color, which is close to the color of our dining room rug. Our dining room table is a sort of honey color, the dark napkins are attractive on the bare wood, or used with placemats.At 16” square, these napkins easily cover a lap when eating. I put part of this set in our wicker picnic basket; the heavy squares could work as placemats for picnics, as well as being sturdy enough to hold up to outdoor use.At the current price ($21.99 for a dozen) I think these deliver a lot of value; they are much heavier than I expected, and should last a long time. At about $1.80 apiece, this is an inexpensive price point for a heavy, woven, all cotton napkin. Cotton seems to get harder to find every year, and when I do find all cotton products, they can be very expensive; this is a nice deal on 100% cotton napkins for family meals.Because of the weight and weave, I would recommend these for informal use like family meals or picnics. They’re also great for lining a basket of baked goods.These are a bit heavy for a formal meal; they’re also a bit thick for some of the fancy napkin folding tricks. They fit into some of our napkin rings, but are too thick for the smaller ones.These could be a nice addition to a gift basket for a kitchen shower, wedding gift, or housewarming/apartment warming present.

I wish I could give this 10 stars! I have never liked getting cloth napkins because they stain easy, they get deformed in the wash and just lose there color...but not these. These have set the standard high, very high. They are pretty, soft with a high grade cotton, they offer many color options, they are a good size that clean well and do not change at all during wash in machine with dryer. Every time I wash them I expect to take them out from the dryer deformed and they just do not. These are a high quality napkins, extremely durable and these will last a long time if you take care of them, making the current price point of 23.99 well worth it.

These cotton napkins are a nice upgrade from disposable options. The fabric is soft right out of the package and holds up well after washing, staying smooth and comfortable to use. Can’t beat natural fibers!

These are exactly what I was hoping for: soft, beautiful, and genuinely feel like quality cotton. They did have a bit of a smell when I first opened them, but it came out completely with one wash. After that, they felt even better; cotton gets more soft and fluffy with a wash. They didn’t shrink too much at all.They’re well sized without being bulky, and what I really appreciate is that they feel like real napkins, not like those thick synthetic restaurant ones that are fine as a lap mat but feel gross to actually wipe your mouth with. These are soft and comfortable to use, but still absorbent and sturdy.I’ve been using them for everyday meals and they’ve held up great in the wash. I love that they’re all cotton. These are the kind of napkins that actually make you want to stop buying disposable ones. Cotton is also way easier to clean and doesn’t hold on to smells like synthetics do. At $1.83 each they feel like a score!
