I've never used a silicone mold for any of my baking -- have always piped my decorations but thought this would be fun to try for some bridal shower sugar cookies I'm making and using these as part of the decor.Wasn't sure if it would work, if the melted chocolate would pop out, etc. Not only did they not stick, they practically popped out on their own! I used the colored chocolate wafers and spread it with a small offset spatula, removing the excess, then refrigerating for 20 minutes. Did this several times to get the quantity I needed (will order more for future use for a speedier process). Melted chocolate in my double boiler because I find the microwave melting can be tedious. Using the double boiler allowed me to keep the chocolate warm between steps.Not sure how other substances will work, since I've only used the chocolate. Will be a time saver when decorating for sure!
These flower molds are really easy to use and the flowers come out beautiful. Great product!
Way too small
I have a lot of trouble finding good molds for my business, especially if it’s flowers or something small. I think these are great and very easy to work with and they also came out very pretty 🍓🤍
These are really nice molds for working with fondant and gumpaste. The leaf molds make really nice veined leaves. Just thin the edges a little to give them an even more realistic look and apply them around your flowers. The flower molds work great to and give you many sizes to choose from. Makes cake decorating easy...
Really easy to use with fondant and candy melt! Just super tiny.Leaves were good for the pretzles though! Rose's are cute when using more than one. Other than that, it's a nice product.
