Great purchase!
Excellent machine! I’ve had it for a year now. Remember: Buttons are TOUCH SENSITIVE like an iPad. Stop pressing buttons hard wildly! Bread machines are supposed to kneed and pause! Constant kneeding causes tough dough. Pauses creates dough to rest and fluff! Machine warms entire dough to ferment equally! Two fermentation temps for summer and winter! Screwing on hook is left to tighten, right to take off! Scrapes all dough so it’s easy to clean! Large size to accommodate larger dough. It’s an amazing machine! Greater for weekly bread, pizza, or pasta mixing!

Easily solved my kneading problem
I started to make my own bread only a year ago. Been perfecting one whole wheat bread recipe for a while, and until I got this dough maker, I wasn't happy with the result. I had used a Ninja food processor with dough blade, which was terrific at mixing, but then it fell to me to knead the dough. I always got too bored to put in the time, usually 6 to 8 minutes instead of at least 10. I bought the MOKKOM to let it do the hard boring work. I let it knead for 15 minutes, then proof the dough for 60 minutes. I have made the recipe once a week for 8 weeks now, so I'm ready to review.1. The dough rises much better, although I needed to add more Vital Wheat Gluten to ensure a denser result that I like.2. It takes less time to prep and much easy to clean up. The blade is easy to clean.3. When you remove the dough from its bowl, it comes out amazingly easily. Much less residue that from the only-mixed result of the Ninja. I get nearly 100% of the dough in my final product.4. The device controls are good, but with these caveats: Touch sensitivity on the speed button is off center. I need to tap near the top. The labeling is not ideal for my poorer vision.I do not have experience with any other products or techniques, so do not think I'm telling you this is the best tool. Just a full-on satisfaction.

Invaluable to cold weather bread making
We keep our home around 66°F in winter, which impacts proofing times. This machine works similarly to a bread machine without the baking part. Dump your ingredients in, set the knead time and speed, and it does the rest.Unlike many stand mixers, this machine uses a staggered mix method, and the attachment is more like a scraper. The dough won't simply ride around on the hook (I'm looking at you, Kitchenaid!). The stainless steel mixing bowl is heated for the proofing stage (winter and summer temp choices). You again choose the time.My dough is always nearly bursting out of the top after proofing.Easy to clean and has held up well to weekly use of a double batch of dough. My only argument is that the buttons are not always easy to press. It takes a bit of finesse

A great dough maker with proofing, especially for serious bread makers
I am quite happy with this choice. I am an experienced bread baker and had several years ago switched to a bread maker, in fact, have worn out 3. Over the years, my favorite most chemically balanced bread recipe that I modify for everything only uses the dough mix portion of the bread maker, and you remove the dough and put into a real breadpan (I just don't like the buckets in breadmakers). So when my current maker started to go south, I decided to buy just a dough mixer and after reviewing dozens, settled on this one. It is perfect. Had a big 304 stainless steel bowl and a commercial grade paddle for small and large batches. It mixes so fast. The digital instructions are easy and straightforward. There is nothing complicated here. And you would be surprised at who developed this brand. If you are an experienced baker, you can logically figure out how to make your recipes work so far as timing. For someone inexperienced, you might need additional instructions. I converted to whole grain bread for husband's health and have been able to accommodate that with this machine. FYI, whole grain flour is dryer and has to be perfectly balanced with liquid to not be sticky. I was able to take the proofed dough out of the bowl onto a glass cutting board and roll it into the shape of my bread pan without the need of rolling it lightly in flour. The only con I can tell you is the little bolt that you use to screw the paddle in place is tiny and has a plastic nut with it - could be easy to lose. It comes with an extra one. So find a place to put to dry and keep in a container with the other implements. Also, the bolt works backwards to the normal bolt. Counter clockwise instead of clockwise. Very happy with this purchase. I would b buy again.

Buttons don’t work properly
I recently bought this machine and have used it twice. Following are my concerns:1. I have to press buttons several times when selecting a function. Every time I am just scared whether it’s going to start or not.2. It doesn’t kneed continuously. It takes pauses. It does it’s job but stopping after every few seconds isn’t fun.3. Washing the bowl is also not fun/easy because I had to wash it with the pedal attached. To remove the pedal you have to unscrew it which of course i am not going to do every single time i use and wash the machine as it would be too time consuming which kills the purpose of buying the machine. So overall I believe the buttons not working properly is my main and serious concern and the rest is tolerable . And yes it does smell like burning. I don’t know if it’s because it’s new or it will always be like. I cannot tell. I mixes well and proofs well. Easy to use.

Jar problem
Hi everybody,This machine is good. I have been using this machine for one year. Recently, the machine started making noise. I opened the jar and found that the shaft-side bearing and the jar bearing are damaged. This is the only problem with this machine.Thank you.
