Really Very Nice

These knives are super sharp so be careful when taking them out of the foam packaging because I've seen it happen before you'll cut your self deeply, I am honestly surprised by the quality, super sharp edges, feels good in my hands, well balanced the handle I believe is metal and the metalic blue handle pretty pretty nice, I would Highly recommend. Great price, but for me I won't put them in the dishwasher and I'll leave them on my counter and not in the sink with bubbly water and you won't see it if you put them in dishwater where I can't safely retrieve them and dry Asap. But honestly you'll be quite surprised also, I really can't get over how NICE they are.

Light and sharp

These are super sharp, which is exactly what you want in a knife. The only thing that I would caution you to consider is that they are very light weight as well. I know some folks like a knife that has weight and heft; these do not have that. The blade is light and the handle is light. So consider your personal preference in that area.The only complaint I have is that these only come with a tip guard, and installing the tip guard before you put it away is fraught with danger that you might slice your own finger. I ended up using a 3d printer to print full blade guards that we use, but if you have a knife block or something like that, you'll want to use that instead of the tip guards.Other than that, nice knives and they definitely stay sharp and cut food for cooking preparation easily.

Excellent knives for the price

My wife is the one who has used them the most and says she likes them alot. I told her they can break if dropped or used with meat that has bone where you cut. I used one last night to slice our London broil and I was amazed how easily it sliced the beef. Thin slices are easy to do as well so I would give the knives high praise also. Just be aware they can chip or break if not used properly. I think hard chopping might not be good but we've only used them for a week. At the price for the set You can complain if you ever chip one. They are very sharp and definitely worth trying. Also the knives are light weight. We have not tried the peeler yet.
