Saute pans work great! Nonstick as claimed. I hand wash them as well, even though they say they can be put in the dishwasher. They are a bit heavy but would buy again. Very pleased with them!

Great pan overall.

Picked up this pan based on a family recommendation. Been using it for about a year, probably 3 times a week. It has held up great and still maintains its nonstick. I did accidentally brush a fork across the bottom and it instantly scratched it so do NOT use any metal in it. Make sure to get a nice set of silicone utinsels. It is starting to show some discoloration on the bottom which is not uncommon after extended use. I suspect at some point the nonstick will start to fail. I ended up getting a matching pot which also performs well.One complaint is that the pot has a high point in the middle, not sure if that is intentional but what it causes is for sauces to spread to the outer ring. Not a big deal since I am usually stiring all the time anyways (see pic). But thus would be my reason for the slight star deduction.

Coating came off and no reply from customer service

Coating start coming off after few months of light usage, contacted customer support but no reply. Not a good product to recommend. My All-Clad are much better made.Product defective, coating came off after 4 months, as according to the warranty policy the pan should be replaced but I have not receive any reply for 4 of my enquiry. There is something wrong here, no response what so ever, definitely not recommended.100% replacement policy ensures free replacements for any issues caused by manufacturing or material defects.
