I'm so used to those skinny little cheap carrot peelers and whenever I peel potatoes it takes forever and I knew I needed something else to improve my peeling and I put slices of Ginger and my green tea every morning and using a knife is ridiculously unsafe so drag this peeler across a surface two or three times and have two super thin easily diffusionable slices for infused flavor I use the other side and it makes perfect shredding if if you like shredding potatoes for hash browns which I do but my favorite side is the slicer side that makes those thin chip oh yeah you can make homemade chips with this.Superior Build QualityBrilliantly DesignedLooks Like a Winner on Time SavingRinses out Quickly Too
