Is the hinge super durable? Not really. Is the plastic a little on the hard/slippery side for a cutting board? Yeah. But this thing is cool and not expensive. You can just fold it a little to funnel food right into a bowl. It makes it a lot easier to put the board away. The layout is awesome. I got one in the kitchen and one in the truck. Worst case, if the hinge fails, you’ll have two cutting boards.
I really like this foldable board, sits in place, has a handle. I use it about every day. Only reason I gave a 4 is I wish it was much bigger.
Like the compact style
I absolutely love this cutting board. It's simple and just thin plastic, but I honestly never even thought of a folding cutting board in order to save space -- I didn't even know they existed! In my tiny kitchen it is a really welcome aspect to be able to just fold it and tuck it away, and it also helps when chopping things as I can just fold the board and scoop the items into the pan or the bowl. The quality is good so far as it's held up after weeks of using. I recommend it!

This is a great cutting board with a lot of extra features. I like the different areas to cut things like meat and vegetables. The folding feature makes adding different ingredients to a pan quick and easy. This turned out to me my favorite thing about the cutting board. I chop a lot of vegetables, and being able to go straight to the pan without losing anything is really convenient. There is one large cutting surface on one side, and the other side is divided in half to keep things like meat separate. I usually use the larger side, and it is a good size to cut my vegetables up. Other features like the ruler and grinder are really nice additions. I love that it is dishwasher safe, and it is also easy to wash by hand. The joint seems durable so it won't break too easily.It is really light weight and folds completely in half which makes it easy to store. It would also be a great cutting board to take on something like a camping trip. All of the features make it a great gift for just about anyone. Overall, it's a really nice cutting board and a good value.
While it is a good design, the plastic this is made of is very hard. It is dulling my knives. My previous board was a softer plastic.
