Got it, ready to use on both my wooden blocks for knives. Went through all the knives - all you can imagine. Definitely came out sharper - even the serrated ones - but not "razor" sharp for my slicing/dicing knives. The only thing not satisfying, and I DID read the manual before using - is the scissor sharpening. It was more free lance for the correct angle. Overall, good...but not the sharpness I wanted for certain knives. I mean, yes they all cut nicer than before.
