Parts missing, Can't contact seller

I'm excited to use this funnel, and the quality looks fine for the price. I am leaving a low rating because it appears that I've received an out-of-the box return, missing the additional two nozzle sizes. My funnel was delivered in an Amazon box (with no additional padding), but no brand packaging. The funnel and all of the handle pieces were in an unmarked, clear plastic bag with no instructions and all of the pieces rattling around together inside. I figured out how to assemble it, but as mentioned above, the additional nozzles were missing. To be clear, this looks like a great kitchen gadget, but I really believe that I was sent someone else's return. I looked for a contact for the seller (MYFULLY), but there was no way to send them a message directly, resulting in this review. If I don't hear from the seller to resolve this within a few weeks, I'll return it and order a similar one from another seller.

Top heavy

Worked great to portion hot jam into 2 oz jars. Love that it comes with 3 size nozzles. Easy to clean.Main reason for 2 star deduction is that it is too heavy and the stand simply is insufficient! It won’t stay standing upright empty and was a super hazard with 200 degree jam- ended up propping it with other equipment in the kitchen.Only used it for 5 sets of jam so far.Recommend it but bummed on stability.

Bad stand

Haven't used it yet but already disappointed. The stand is not as pictured. It's too small, it tips over when empty, not a wide enough base and it doesn't hold the dispenser well either. It doesn't fit down into the stand letting it tip on its side, it's like the stand is the wrong size for this dispenser.

Larger than I expected

I can’t wait to use this when I make pancakes, it is large enough to hold my entire batch of batter. It comes with a stand that holds it just fine whether it is full or empty and even comes with little silicone bumpers on the legs so that it doesn’t slide or slip so I think the negative review on here may have used the stand incorrectly. It is very easy to use and is well made. I took one star off of it because there was a couple of places that had some surface damage. I don’t know if these were possibly used before I received them but the damage was right where the extra nozzle attachments screw on. Overall, I really like this product and would recommend it.
