I ordered this to cover my antique Fostoria cake plate. It fits perfectly and is a great compliment. The cloche is of very nice quality - thick glass. It arrived safely and quickly. It is a little expensive but overall I’m very happy with this purchase.
Love it nice and clear and just what I was looking for. My 10-in diameter cake plate with lip needed a well-fitting cover and this fit perfectly not sloppy sits level. One happy hostess here 👍
This cover is almost the right size - to be fair, I have an antique cake dish so it isn't standard. It's about 1/2 inch too small. It works and that is important. The dome is glass but it almost feels plastic. The glass is thin but not delicate. The dome is super light weight, unlike my super heavy other cake dome. The knob on the top will not fit the flip of the cake plate so I cannot make it a mini punch bowl. I do have the other one for that though, so no biggie. It will fit on the top rack of the dishwasher without taking up too much room and the dome is not super tall, but tall enough. It does what it is supposed to so I am happy.
I have a glass cake stand, and this dome fits it perfectly. Really nice looking and functional.

Just the right size to cover the left over slice of Cake, 3-4 Cupcakes or Pie. It’s small enough to keep on the counter and large enough to cover those leftover sweets.
I bought this product to match a vintage cake plate that I recently purchased. The glass dome truly completes the look. Also, it is very functional; the coffee cake keeps its freshness enclosed with this glass dome. Most importantly, it is light as a feather!
