Pouring chutes for stand mixers.
These pouring chutes work good for adding product into your stand mixing bowls while mixing. Butttttt, too me i thought the chutes needed to have more of a direct run into the mixing bowls. Or modified a Lil. So I took the chutes and held them over the edges of my counter top. Pushed on the edges to where it put more of a curve within the chutes. Then I took and marked on the mixing bowl with the chute on the edge of the bowl. Again, to me they just need some modifications on the 2 ears that hold the chutes on the edges of the mixing bowls. I took my Dremel tool cut some grooves between the the 2 factory ears. Then just started notching out the grooves I'd cut until they fit over the edges of the mixing Bowls. Now the chutes are more V shaped and make it easier to get the product into your mixing bowls and the chutes aren't so apt to get knocked off the edges of my mixing bowls.

Bought this for my daughter and SIL bc they bake a lot. It works great. These are made for both stainless steel bowls and glass bowls, so be sure to order the correct one.

Dough hooks
I love this! It works so much better for me than the plastic ones. It doesn't work very well with the dough hooks though. The metal could curve down a little more to accommodate the dough hook.

Why did it take so long for me to find this?
Whenever I make bread or cookies or whatever that requires me to use a stand mixer, I always end up making a mess trying to pour liquid or flour into the bowl with the mixer running. There is little room to do this and, inevitably, some gets spilled. Anyways, always a little mess and, occasionally, a large mess. Then I saw this item. It is so simple BUT works like a charm! And since it fits on the mixing bowl where, it is easily attached and usable for either right or left handed people. Stainless steel makes it easy to clean and it should literally last forever.
