This thing is a monster. It is so large I can’t store it in kitchen due to height. This is fine I don’t plan to use this daily, but if I were to buy again I would get a smaller one. I don’t even need the capacity. It was on sale, now I know why. Does not take away from the high quality build, just my own fault.
This was well made for a good price. The holes are evenly spaced and the mesh is thick and sturdy. It’s big enough to b used for large quantities.
The unit is a full restaurant sized colander. I expected a slightly smaller unit for home use. The one weakness is slight - the looped sheet metal handle flexes more than I'd like. They should roll a bead along the length of the handle to stiffen it is bit more. All-in-all it works great, it's easy to clean. Storage with any conical colander will be a challenge.
It was HUGE 10' is way too BIG for my tiny kitchen, I'm exchanging it for a 7' mesh strainer.
Its quite bigger than expected - good for restaurant, not for a normal household. Item is solid build, however it says fine, but its between coarse and fine.
I got two of these. they are huge, but work like a champ. I got the filters for them too. Would recommend. They are heavy duty as well. Made very well.
If you are looking for a china cap this one is nice and strong. Was great in straining my stock.
