Heavy duty restaurant quality ice cream scoop. Nice sized scoops. Ice cream comes out easily. Rinse and toss into the microwave, no problem. Pricey, but the quality makes it worth it to not get a flimsy product that won't hold up over time.

Bought these to use in a chain ice cream store. Only lasted a few months.I've gotten others from restaurant websites that lasted at least a year.Overall, ok for the price.
I ordered the smallest scoop, with the purple handle. the mechanism is clunky and not smooth. it also arrived damaged and rusted while the packaging is fully intact, proving there is zero quality control for this product before it's sent out. now I have to make a trip to return this defective/unuseable item. don't waste your time!
Good scoop, nice size, good quality
I used to work in a meat steak house and made thousands of patties, chop steaks you name it I made it. I used to use one just like this. This one so far worked great!!! I managed to make about 24 patties in minutes.
