Such sturdy and quality metal that will flex and bend thousands of times and always go back to their default open position. I’ve dealt with cheap ones that would bend and stay closed or the metal will break over time. These are hardcore quality.

Purchased these to remove items from a large steamer, and they work well. I haven’t used them hard, so I’m not sure of the quality but with the bunch I’ll have extras even if they’re not the best made tongs. I’m happy with them.
