WOW!!!!!!
this is one gigantor pan. it will make it possible to warm up or bake enough rolls or croisants or bisquits for my daughter in laws family for holidays all year. and in the summer it will hold pork steaks, hamburgers, hot dogs, ribs, all on one pan without much danger of something sliding off because it has a raised edge and room enough to make separate piles of separate things. and it fits in the oven to keep things warm -- lots of things. well worth the price considering the quality and size.

Good quality pan
This is a good quality pan fairly thick and sturdy. Only beef I have is the high cost. I use it to put under my AIRCARE MA1201 Whole-House Console-Style Evaporative Humidifier. I don't trust humidifiers and to prevent any leakage I put this pan under the humidifier.

Very nice and heavy Full Size Sheet Pan
Very nice and heavy Full Size Sheet Pan.I didn't purchase this for oven use, my oven will not close with this 18 by 26 by 2-Inch Sheet Pan.I purchased this to use for craft projects. Holds little pieces inside and makes the job of cleaning up a breeze.

Make sure this will fit in your oven!
MAKE SURE THIS WILL FIT IN YOUR OVEN.That said, it's a great utility surface for things that would otherwise roll away or make a mess (beads, fly tying things, etc.) So even though I ordered it and it will never fit in my oven, I still have a use for it. It seems built well but since I did not bake on it, I can't give it 5 stars.

Fits great in my New Star 20-Tier Commercial Kitchen Sheet Pan ...
Fits great in my New Star 20-Tier Commercial Kitchen Sheet Pan Rack. I was going to knock off a star for being prone to scratches a little cheap, but that's more of a fault of the material (aluminum) than the product itself. If you want a solid sheet pan that won't likely bulge or warp in the oven and can handle vigorous scrubbing, get a stainless steel one. If you just need something to store items on in your rack, or you aren't going to be baking on them at super high heats (e.g. broiling), the aluminum pans work fine. Do be careful when cleaning them though, metal utensils and metal scrubbing pads can damage the surface.I can also confirm these are true 'open bead' pans - no closed rim, making cleaning super easy and sanitary. Always get open bead when you have the option.

Heavy duty
I actually purchased this item for an unintended use, hatch cover for my camping trailer. The plastic replacement hatches are super expensive and no where near as study as this. For those interested in using this for cooking it will not fit inside a typical residential oven.
