Very good quality at a great price!

Very pleased with these spoons. They look more expensive than they are. Easy on the hands for holding, well balanced, and clean up great in the dishwasher. The shine is impressive for a spoon of this price range. Durability after almost a year is impressive as well. I've noticed no chipping, staining, or discoloration. These are a larger spoon than the 'normal' size, so keep that in mind. I prefer them over the smaller 'tea spoon size' anyway. Highly recommended!

So far, so good. No rust...yet

I was worried about rusting after seeing some of the reviews. It seems to be the knives more so than other pieces. What's interesting is I originally purchase the knives, forks and teaspoons separately because I didn't see the set (which is $20 cheaper when purchased as a set). So I sent back my individual boxes and ordered the set. The individual knives came in their own box and had the Artaste logo on the handle. And I'm pretty sure they had the 18/10 stamp also. But the knives that came with this set do not have the logo on the handle or the 18/10 stamp. Huh? So then I was really concerned. Did I get crap knives by saving money on the set vs. purchasing individually? I go back to the reviews of the knives by themselves. Pretty good, few rust complaints. I look at the reviews for the set and many, many more rust complaints. WTH! So I have actually been running these through the dishwasher often because if they rust, I want my money back. And the return window is short. lol No rust on any of it thus far after a month. That doesn't mean they won't, but so far so good. I will definitely update if any rust or pitting happen.Now the quality and weight on this silverware is nice. It's super shiny and stays shiny even after running through the dishwasher. (Please note I live alone so these don't get a lot of wear and tear. There aren't kids tossing them about or getting lots of abnormal handling/use). They do get an occasional water spot and they do show fingerprints though...but a little rub and it's gone. Overall, providing that these do not start to rust, I think this is fantastic set that will last. They are really classy looking and I hope they stay that way! This is my first real set. I've been using hand-me-down, mismatched silverware for 20ish years. I did a lot of research and read so many reviews on so many different ones. I knew I wanted 18/10 and these were nice looking and very affordable. In fact they were half the price, if not more, than the Liberty set I was going to splurge on since Liberty is made in the USA. But they looked the exact same and were 18/10 like the Liberty, so I went with the cost savings China product. *sigh* I hope I don't regret it!

Finally a good sturdy fork

My grown girls will only use the “small fork” to eat. There are just “so many” small forks in the house. I bought a few from local stores and online. They were super flimsy and I threw them away. These are GREAT! They are sturdy and perfect size. Only thing is, after receiving them I placed another order for my daughter to have and it will take 2 months to get. - not sure why the delay in second order

I am so impressed with the quality of this flatware. The weight and feel are excellent. The big plus for me was you can get matching ice tea spoons and bullion/ soup spoons. I couldn’t get the extra pieces on the more expensive Mikasa or Oneida. Price was comparable but the quality surpasses both brands.
