Sturdy, Shiny and Dishwasher Safe.
These cutting boards are Dual Sided which does not sound like much, but one side has a logo on it and that side is for Vegetables and the other side which is less glossy is for meats. The board will help with thawing meats as it is a temperature conducting metal so they will thaw quicker on it, I tested this myself and it cut the thawing time in half. The surfaces are smoothed and corners rounded so there is no worry about cutting yourself on the metal. The shine on the vegetable side is so beautiful that I actually leave this on my counter to show it off. This is an extremely durable board and will last for years as titanium does not rust or corrode. The board itself is deceptively thin, but given that it is Titanium, it does not need to be thick, and that mean it takes up less space should you choose to store them. You could lay about 5 of these on top of each other to take up the same vertical space as a thick plastic or wooded one. Cleaning is a breeze, as these are nonporous. Nonporous also means you don't have to worry about bacteria or viruses, just wipe with a damp cloth, through it in the dishwasher and it is a good as new. The boards themselves are not slip resistant due to the finely polished metal, but they take care of that by including two thin rubber mats that will grip the board to the counter making the board extremely difficult to move, and yes, I tried and it did not budge.. They truly though of everything when they made these. Being expensive for cutting boards may make you think twice about buying these, but given the quality, durability and time saved in cleaning, they are worth every penny. I have seen similar boards in stores for this price and you only get one, so I think of this more as a buy one get one free.

Heavy and solid
So, yeah, titanium is solid. So there.And these boards are heavy too. I like the non-slip mat that comes with them to use on counter.On smaller one I cut up a mango and had plenty of room.On the larger, I sliced up two big chicken breasts and then pounded them out - ran out of a little room.Cleanup is easy and fingerprints do show on them if that matters.I did get scratches in them from my knife - I did both types of cut - direct down and slice too. I think it was the slice one that left mark. But, I couldn't feel scratch with my fingernail at all.I am still concerned about sharpness of my knifes as I keep them really sharp but that's subjective too.

The 2 pack titanium cutting boards arrived this week and they are great. They are Very heavy and quite sturdy. They come with a non slip sheet to put under them which is helpful. They are very pretty. They are also very big. They will be able to handle any kitchen project that you have. I am very happy with these cutting boards. I recently got a very nice set of knives and decided that I needed to upgrade my cutting boards as well. I am very happy with these boards. Great cutting board
I really like this cutting board compared to the plastic ones that tend to warp, discolor and no matter how much you clean it seems to collect food bacteria. Since this is titanium you don’t have to worry about any of those issues. It has good weight to it so it will stay still while using it. It washes much better than my old cutting board too. It does scratch from my knife but it’s not a big deal to me.

Nice "Metal" Cutting Board....However...It's a Bit Questionable
I was really intrigued when I saw this titanium/metal cutting board. I liked the idea that you could use this metal cutting board and not have to worry about germs and cross contamination. Now, when my husband and I used this cutting board, we noticed something different. After we used this cutting board and washed it, we noticed a few things.For starters, the way it dries, it leaves water spots on it (it looks kinda gross). Use caution when handling and cleaning this cutting board, because it also leaves fingerprints. Lastly, as you can see from my photos, cutting marks are also left behind on this cutting board. That worries me, as this is supposed to be a hard metal board. A board that supposedly prevents cross-contamination??? However, if there are (now) scratches on my board, it makes me wonder if germs and organisms can find their way into these lights scratches?This is a nice cutting board. However, I find it a bit questionable.
