*Update* - I've had this mug now officially 2 years. It was starting to lose some battery life and I had a few issues with it. I contacted Nextmug to get some advice and assistance and after answering a few questions they are sending me a replacement mug. Their customer service is stellar. Their product is fantastic, but if anything goes wrong, it seems they will do whatever they can to make it right. Best purchase I've ever made -and I would make it again. I love my nextmug - best bug like this for the price by far. Highly recommend.Now that I have used this mug for 6 months, I feel I can provide a completely honest, inclusive review. The charging coaster is compact and easy to place on a desk or counter. The mug sits securely on the base and begins heating automatically when placed on it.Temperature performance:The temperature control works as expected, keeping beverages warm without overheating. The preset temperature levels are straightforward to use, and the mug maintains a consistent temperature as long as it remains on the charging base.Ease of use:Controls are simple and intuitive.
