Perfect for Homemade Hot Sauce
I was looking at making hot sauce to sell at our local farmers market and need jars that would be sealed. These jars were absolutely perfect! Downside is they're a little hard to clean, and they're a little tricky to fill since they don't come with anything to assist with that. I used my bottle brushes that I already had at home to get the bottles clean before filling, and I was able to use the spout on my glass measuring cup to very slowly add the sauce to the bottle. You really have to fill it slowly because if you go too fast, it won't sink into the bottle fast enough and you'll end up making a mess. But with some time, I was able to fill all of the bottles. The black pieces that come with the bottles to shrink wrap the top are fantastic. They are extremely easy to use and look perfect once on the bottle. I used my heat gun to get them to shrink but be careful about putting it too close as it can melt a hole in the side of the wrapper if you do. But afterwards, all of the bottles looked amazing. These are well worth the purchase.
