Exactly what I wanted
Perfect size and perfect cost. I wanted a substitute for my wok because while great, the wok is 14" and way too big for normal every day use. I also wanted carbon steel because I love the performance of the metal and it's light weight. So far I've cooked with this pan every day and used metal turner on it with great results. I seasoned it like I would for a cast iron or my carbon steel wok. It took to seasoning beautifully and I've even cooked eggs on it with zero sticking. The pan is nonstick in the cast iron/carbon steel sense, it does not roll out of the package nonstick on its own. But after seasoning and cooking with it a few times, it becomes nonstick and I can roll my egg around in it like you see on an infomercial. Very happy with the purchase and would buy again from this brand.
