Well made and heats evenly

This baking pan is surprisingly well-made. I’ve only used it once, but it the cake rose evenly. It left an even brown over the bottom of the cake, too. I was worried about scratching the inner coating so I used a plastic knife to release cake and used a sponge only to clean. Super easy cleaning, even from the corners.

Update:Put it in the garbage after I cut my self on the edge....Stay away from it.The size what I need because all others they have the size but they have handles that make them not to fit in my toaster oven.The problem is that this one has sharp edges that you need be very carefull.

Seems Sturdy

Update 11/21/25: Still no scratches, but I am very careful when I use metal tools.Update 11/25/24: I now have used it for several months and still no scratches. Nice.On Amazon it doesn’t say what the “golden coating” is made of, but on the back of the box it says PTFE and Dupont Teflon (although everything else is in Chinese). The dimensions are accurate. An 11” x 11” pan holds almost exactly the same amount as a 9” x 13” casserole, and it will fit into most toaster ovens (picture). It seems fairly sturdy, and so far, the Teflon has not scratched.

Works great! Perfect fit for my toaster oven.

My toaster oven is 12" width, 12" depth. This fits in just fine with only a little room to spare.The tall edges make it fantastic for reheating finger foods like fries, mozzarella sticks, or onion rings.Conducts heat wonderfully. No sharp corners or edges. No little tucked-in spots that'll hang onto water or grease, so it's not likely to rust when drying.

Sturdy but Concerns About Teflon Coating

The pan feels fairly sturdy, but I was surprised to find that the 'golden coating' is made of PTFE and Dupont Teflon, which wasn’t mentioned on Amazon but is stated on the back of the box (though the rest is in Chinese). Since Teflon can scratch over time, I’ll probably avoid baking with it and stick to using it for cold dishes with a liner.
