I have mixed experience with this pan. It is not really non-stick as described, but luckily it is easy to clean.When I was making fried rice and other food with plenty of starch, carbohydrates, it left some “overcooked” carb on the surface, but it left almost no trace when I was cooking meat like ribeye steak, chicken breast, etc. Perhaps the fat content from the meat helps. Just add some water and soak for few minutes, it wipes clean with a sponge.The build quality is not as good as name brand like my Henckels pan. I can feel the roughness on the metal surface when ai touch it, but I guess that make sense for the higher price of name brand
