I love this Swifton non stick frying pan❤️ It’s deep so I’ve been able to make my dishes in it that have volume to them and use the glass lid to cover it while they simmer.I’ve used it on my ceramic cooktop, it heats evenly and food slides off easily. Clean up is a breeze. I find controlling simmering food to be the best of any of my other pans. It’s not too heavy for me to pick up when it’s filled with food which was a problem with two of my other more expensive pans. The knob on the lid doesn’t get too hot to pick up without a pot holder. I’ve sautéed onions and garlic in it several times and fresh tomatoes and it has absorbed any of their odors or the red color.This Swifton non stick pan is a real winner for me. Versatile, Easy to Clean
This is a nice deep frying pan of a good size, I'd call it "large medium". I have done sauteing and frying in it, and was pleased that the tall sides really cut down on inevitable splatters. After cooking sausage meat here was a little bit of sticky brown residue in the bottom of the pan that I was able to wash off easily with minimal effort. I also prepared several cups of sliced onions and peppers, on a low heat with the cover on, stirring every few minutes, and was pleased that it softened them without burning. Another plus was that it came with a little information booklet that described its composition, care, etc. However, a slight negative: the smaller "helper handle" heated up too hot to handle with bare hands, especially the top surface that has a metal nameplate attached - so I am ordering a little silicon cover for it that I think will be easier to use and less cumbersome than a pot holder. Since I can't give it 4 1/2 stars because of that, I must say it's a 4.

This is a really nice pan and it comes with a lid which is a huge plus! It’s much deeper than I was expecting, which makes it perfect for one pan meals for my family. Everything I cook just slides right out of it and it washes up very easily, even after having some spaghetti sauce sit in it for over 24 hours it rinsed away and didn’t stain the pan. This is easily my new favorite pan and I use it for everything.

This 10” non stick frying pan is a great size. The deep sides allow for splatter proof cooking. It comes with a tempered glass lid. I like the extra pour handle but wish it was covered 100% in silicone so you didn’t have to use a potholder. But overall it’s a nice skillet that is truly stick free. I do recommend.

Good, but nothing special
This is a really nice skillet. It distributes heat well and cooks evenly. The nonstick surface wipes clean with a cloth, but the skillet is also dishwasher safe. This skillet reminds me of one I got at Walmart several years ago, and it lasted forever. I like the fact it has a lid, which most of my skillets do not, giving me the option to cook different things. It has handles on both sides, so it is easy to carry. While this is a great addition to my cookware, there are several pans of similar or better quaility for half the price at Target, Walmart, and other retailers.
