I use to make pizzas on my regular pans and have found that this makes the best, crispy pizza crust. The holes helped to provide a crispiness while also cooking the pizza dough and ingredients thoroughly. It’s the perfect size for a pizza family dinner of 4! I like that the pizza glides right off, I’m not scraping to get it off, it’s a perfect slice each time. Also clean up is simple, I just toss it in the dishwasher.
These are good pans. The finish is non stick and consistent. No dents or manufacturing issues on the pans. The finish allows for me to use no lubrication and even the wettest dough slides off when cooked. I don't wash these after the first wash as they just wipe of with water. Size is about 12inches for the actually pan bottom but since the bottom is recessed you can angle the crust higher and still get the the 13 inches. I use my typical 13in dough recipe for this. I am happy with these pans and they help with getting the undercarriage cooked in home ovens.These pans cook fine at 550F. The temperature of the dough and topping keep the pan temperature down so it doesn't get hot for very long. You don't get an undercarriage char, but you do get a full cook with no flop on thin dough. I removed the silicone handles since silicone at 550F is not my cup of tea.I prefer this over my pizza steel, pizza stone, and non perforated pans.
This pizza pan is great for any non-stick baking project you have. So far I’ve made pastries, scones, and of course pizza on it. It’s nonstick, which I love, and it’s very sturdy and holds up well. The thickness is good. Over all it works great and has a great value for money.
This pizza pan is the perfect size for the frozen pizzas I buy for my kids. Compared to making their pizza on a baking sheet, this pan allows air to reach the bottom crust and that results in a crisper crust. The silicone handles make it easy to pick up and they cool to touch pretty fast once out of the oven. My son has started making his own pizza from time to time and they make their pan easier for him to handle compared to my old pan that has no handles. The non-stick coating is easy to clean. I like that black finish because I think it helps the crust cook better.
I like the pan, it cooks well, but I have to use parchment paper or the oils from the food will frop into the oven.
I absolutely love this ceramic pizza pan. The bottom is perfectly done. Easy cleanup
